Detailed Day-to-Day Itinerary:

In our 4 days yoga retreat In Manali program you will stay in family house , Home made cooked  food and enjoy Village Life in the Himalayas, We practice yoga, meditation & pranayama Regular practice of yoga & meditation will help you to live healthy & happy life, Whether you are a beginner or an experienced, everyone is welcome .

Check-in time 12:00 pm afternoon on day 1st  

Day 1: Arrival to Vashisht (Manali)

You arrive in Manali by your own means. We welcome you there and organize your transfer to the family house in Vashisht. You have time to explore your new environment. Afterwards you’ll be introduced your yoga and meditation teacher. 4 PM Gentle yoga class, ( 1.30 Hrs )  Meditation  6.30 PM,  Dinner.

Day 2: Yoga & Short trek- Easy walk

Yoga and Pranayama will start from 7am and end at 8.30 am.  After a well deserved breakfast, you can spend your day as you please. After breakfast, you have the option of going on a guided trek to Jogini Falls. These beautiful waterfalls are about an hour along the wall of the valley from Vashisht. These falls descend from high above and run into the Beas River below. Lunch , Free time , Yoga and Meditation , . Dinner and night in out family house

Day 3:  Yoga Yoga, Meditation Village walk and Temple Visit.

7am Yoga, Pranayama and asana . After breakfast , visit the village of Goshal , Old Manali and the beautiful Hadimba Temple. Hadimba temple is about one km from Manali – it is very old and surrounded by the tall cedar pine trees on the edge of Dhungri village. According to legends, Bhima, one of the Pandava brothers fell in love with an aboriginal woman named Hadimba—the sister of the local chief by the name of Hadimba, and married her. In your own time you can take an auto- rickshaw back to Vashisht. 4.30 PM yoga and Meditation  ,  

Day 4: Gentle yoga Yoga, Meditation & Exploring Village Life

Yoga, Pranayama and asana practice . late Breakfast , relax and checkout Before 12.00 Afternoon . 

One Can extend your program as per your requirement. We also Provide Trekking and sight seeing Around manali  on request .
